tennis rainout!

Had to change commitment: ended up doing 20 min of light jogging/walking watching a TV show + twisting on a twist board 5+ min and a bunch of floor exercises. I called it 30 min walking for the fitness tracker.

I went for a brisk 45 minute walk with hubby tonight. Chilly outside but was nice to get out after dinner; and a miracle to get hubby out moving!

Im commiting myself to begin a walking goal starting with a 30min walk everyday, I only walked the dog to the park today for no more than 20mins at a very slow pace so I really need to get myself on this challenge for sure. emoticon

I started Bodytrim on Tuesday 20th july weing 112kgs and my first goal is to loose 13kgs. Its 5 weeks following Bodytrim now and Ive lost 6.4kgs which is astonishing to me, because I am actually on track to reaching my first short tern challenge. Its almost 10 weeks since I began Bodytrim now and I went of track for 3 days in my 8th week and gained 2.5kgs but I got right back on the eating plan and lost 1.5kgs the week after so Ive lost exactly 7kgs so far. Ive broken my weightloss challenge int

I have gone into do atleast 30 m of fitness minutes each day, so far so good, alot of them is walking, i guess that is how i lost the 0.4 in my calves :)

Count me in. I will commit to 30-45 minutes of exercise daily. Today I got in 45 minutes walking plus 20 minutes of floor exercises and 60 minutes cutting the grass with a push mower.

I'm in! I have started walking everyday....seems so simple but it is definitely a good place to start. I have been walking at least 20 minutes. Haven't gotten it in yet today (and the weekend is always hardest for me!) but I WILL do it today! Can't wait for the pool to open too -- love to swim and my youngest daughter loves it too!
