My goal this week is two days of cardio and two days of strength training.

Two days down with two more to go.

Had a fantastic Youtube Zumba workout this morning.

At least 30 minutes 6 days this week (Monday-Sunday) of cardio exercise of some sort, varying daily, and 20 min or more of weight lifting/strength training at least 2 days this week.
