I'm continuing to blog, in fact, I'm trying to blog each day in June. I have added tracking my food to my goal this week too. I am going to stick to these 2 goals for a while. Until they are second nature. I really need to nail the tracking thing and to make sure I am making better food choices.

A tiny bit of my blog for today.
Stop eating CRAP!
C = Carbonated drinks
R= Refined sugars
A= Artificial food
P= Processed food

This may look like a little rule, but it really is a big thing. I will try to do this tomorrow!

I am working this week on writing in my blog. I will try to post here how it is going. Here is a part of what I blogged about today:

So last week I worked on limiting food after dinner. Overall, I did not too bad, and I will continue to try to make this a part of my daily life. In looking at the goal list, I have identified the goals that I am already trying to do. Number 6: Exercise at least 15 minutes per day, #7. Drink at least 8 cups of water every day, #8. To get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. So in looking at this, I feel that I am already on the right track! emoticon Of course I am not perfect, and I feel I do the best at getting my water in, but I continue to try to make the above a part of my daily routines.

This week, I have decided to try to blog about my journey. I think I can commit to at least 3 days per week, of course I will try to blog every day, but that is not always possible. I will also comment on fellow team member blogs. Especially knowing how much I enjoy the feed back I get from my spark friends!

I try to work on not overeating... I say 'try' because it's quite hard. Both to first, be aware I've had enough and should stop eating (during a meal mostly), and to next, actually STOP!
