If the weather is bad, walk around the house. Also do leg and arm lifts". You can do those from a chair. Have a good week everyone.😀

emoticon My plan is to walk 2-3 miles M,W emoticon & F and to do strengthing excercise on T,Th & Sat

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
