What a wonderful challenge!

I HAVE to do my exercising before sitting down and getting tor reading. Unless, I'm not feeling well or not at peace.

This could make a good Team Goal.

I've tried to read on my kindle while riding a bike at the gym. The first couple of times it worked out well... and then I don't know what happened but I ended up not being able to do both at the same time. Going to try it again today to see what happens

That's fabulous, Karen! I was able to walk over the weekend without wheezing too badly from my cold. I have a meeting tonight but I'm going to try it when I get home!

Yay Karen! It does cut into your reading time, but feels SO GOOD, doesn't it?

Yesterday was cold and wet, and I've got a cold, so I didn't take a hike. I'm hoping I'm better next week. :(

I *hate* that. And then you try to do something active, even if it's just going grocery shopping, and you're out for the rest of the day!

Take care and eat lots of chicken soup.

I didn't exercise before writing yesterday, but I did take the dog for a walk when I got home. So I'm counting that as a success.

I did it - took the dog for a very brisk walk (she's a lab and doesn't know the meaning of the word stroll) for half an hour.

Tonight I'll do it again!

So, most of the forums here revolve around books or daily happenings, and I thought it might be time to get a health challenge in here.

So, here's what you need to do.
Are you planning on sitting down and reading your book? Well, FIRST you have to exercise for 20 minutes. It can be anything - walking, dancing, weights, whatever. You just have to MOVE before you sit and read (or, in my case lately, write). You can also break it up if you need to.

Can YOU do it every day for a week? I'm going to!
