I've started this for a routine change. Farmers carry with 24k each hand 200 yards, no rest for 6 sets. In between, sets of 50 sledgehammer strikes (9 lb head) on a large tractor tire for 6 sets, then follow up with KB swings with 32 k, 25 x 4 sets, 100 swings total added in as you choose. Itís not possible for me to do this non-stop. I need about a minute and half in between to catch my wind. Also deadlift straps help with the farmers carry because by the end I can hardly hold the bells. I recommend any kind of version of this with lighter weight and fewer reps and fewer sets. This takes me about 40 min to complete but I am smoked afterward. Don't know how many calories this burns but I would imagine the 20 cal per minute would be pretty close. I never let my heart rate fully return to resting. Also I don't recommend doing this consecutive days in a row, break it up like every other day or every third day.
