I'm on day 6 of the Limited Mobility Challenge. So far...so good. I have Lupus and with that comes joint issues so this is really working well for me.

I encourage you to try this if you have, and even if you don't have mobility issues. You'll find some great advice. Go ahead give it a try! Good luck!
