Wonít be weighing in again in December. Heading out to Hamilton. My mother is in hospital again.

Iím staying with friends in Ontario. I think I will be here for a while. My mother is not doing well. Iíve borrowed a scale from them. Donít know how it compares to mine, but each week from here in will be consistent.

Good or not so good, I better jump in with both feet. Have had a weight gain in the last month. Not too bad but that's how it sneaks up on me---s-l-o-w-e-l-y, then surprise, surprise, how the heck did that happen.

Yup! Tomorrow Audrey.

It will be a test for me. I have a bunch of potlucks before me. I love potlucks. Somehow I have to chose wisely there.

The rest of my life is challenging. My parents are doing ok right now, but over the last 16 weeks, I have been back in Ontario 8 weeks. Itís hard living a split life. On the other hand, I am blessed to have friends to stay with in Hamilton - I donít know what I would do without them.

I am here with you. Irene. Of course, I will not report weight until 1 Dec. How are you? By the way, thank you for all the weight loss challenges this year. Although last month was not great for me, I have done well over this year and definetly since the beginning of tracking my weight - so thank you and Spark.
