Walked my neighborhood circuit last night in 15 minutes - usually takes 20 - both times are with my dog! Circuit is just over a 1/2 mile.

I added running intervals to my neighbohood 5K. Beat Sundays time by almost 5 minutes

I added running intervals into my route and finished faster than last week on this same route by just over 6 minutes.

I walk a 2.28 mile circuit in my neighborhood. These are my times for the last week

5/5 41:27 min
5/8 39:37 min
5/10 37.28 min
5/12 36:13 min

I am trying to run a bit more each time. My goal is to improve my time on my 2nd 5K. I have to get this time to under 32 minutes since I did a 14 minute mile on my 1st 5K

I have different routes --- some longer, some with more hills. They all have at least some incline! I finished in 2 minutes 45 seconds less time than the last time I walked this particular 7 mile route (with a pace of under 17 minutes/mile).
