I have been working out but my kids just are not going to let me focus to do it early in the morning. When they hear me up they want to get up UUUggggg... at least I am able to get in a night workout. We went walking yesterday so that was very nice.

We are on Spring break and it is so hard to stay focused!

Yes- morning workouts are proving to be the best for me. I always say I'm going to work out after work on the days I go to the office or during a break on the days I work at home but I rarely do. The best thing for me is to get up first thing in the morning and just do it.
I think it's becoming a habit because if I don't get up I think about it all day...
We're taking our daughter to Disney Word for her 7th birthday in June and I want to wear some cute little shorts and gym shoes and a tank and feel cute lol

I just ordered Herbalife- I've used it before and actually really like the shake recipes- this time I'm going to actually follow the plan. I feel like my mind is so much stronger this time around! Now that the work outs are under control it's time to work on my eating.

Temeka you can do it! Way to go at waking up early doing your workout. I am going to try to do that only 2 weeks to go before my sons 1st birthday and I want to look my best. I think a morning routine will get me there.

Cyipra- you're doing great!!!!

Got up this morning for my 5am workout. I decided this week I'd do Tae Bo so I put in the dvd and it kept skipping on me :( but I was motivated so I went ahead and switched to Hip Hop Abs. Got my work out done for the day.

I haven't done a weigh in lately- I know my eating has been horrible. I'm working on getting that under control this week. I feel a big change happening in March!!!

Good morning ladies. I did my work out this morning. It had a combination of cardio and lunges/punches. I will do a short spark video later today as well- I'm really enjoying this new 6 minutes lower body work out they have.

Hello ladies! Nice challenge. I'm in for everything but the squats and lunges at the moment. Have increased my cardio and my knees are really acting crazy. It's early in the month, and as they improve, will do my best to do them. Good luck to all of you!! emoticon

I did 30 minutes of cardio yesterday and 15 minutes of strength (lunges, sit ups, push ups)

Today so far I have done 30 minutes of cardio- tonight I will do my strength

I will try my best to work up to 60 minutes before the month is out- I'm still getting adjusted to 5am work outs...

I want to participate in the challenge but I have to modify the exercise portion. I can not do squats, my knees can't handle squats or lunges at this time. I can not exercise for 60 minutes at one time, I can do 30 minutes. I'm in with these modifications.

Are ya'll ready for Fat Tuesday and Lent??? This is a time to reflect on yourself and move to new areas of your life. I issue a challenge to do the following:
Eat 5 fruit/veggies daily
Exercise 60 minutes
Do 50 squats on odd days of the month
Do 50 push-ups on even days of the month
Sign in to huddle and make 2 replies 5 out of 7 days
Lastly revise your goals chart. .

I'm in! So far this week I have worked out 3 times, I plan to work out tomorrow and Friday to make up my 5 days. I work out for an hour each morning 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscle strengthening.
