Great exercise time today; water aerobics, PT, 2.5 hrs. of Golf, no riding cart! BUT ate like a pig.......gotta get this food under control or else ! @@###

Pizza which I know isn't great but I did top it with Onions and tomatoes fresh from the garden! I tend not to eat when I am busy but pick instead. Had 3 cookies and 2 cups of coffee from 9am through 5:30. Then I had 5 pieces of pizza with water :( I have noticed all this exercise is giving me more energy though.

Peaches, peaches, peaches. Peaches are in season now and I'm having so much "good" luck finding sweet ones. Probably getting all of my "5 a day in with peaches"

Calories were 1458 today (my allotment is between 1200 and 1500,) but didn't get my veggies in. Will try harder tomorrow. Did get extra exercise though.

I have already had four freggies today and I haven't had dinner yet. I have started going to the gym again. The minimum that I do is 30 minutes on the treadmill Today I added 20 minutes of core strength exercises. I will be within my calories today because I have stayed wtihin the guidelines for each meal. I feel like cheering for myself, Go Cassie, let's get another one (day) just like this one. Go Casie, Go Cassie.

Today I am doing great

1. Eat 3-5 veggies per day. I ate romaine lettuce and 3 small tomatoes.
2. Increase Exercise by 15 minutes I did 15 mins of extra minutes
3. Track your calories daily list them here when you check in.. About to check in now with my calories.

The goal in August is to the following:
1. Eat 3-5 veggies per day.
2. Increase Exercise by 15 minutes
3. Track your calories daily list them here when you check in..

Try to Check in daily to list your updates for the above items.... You can do it!!!!
