I need to get back to work. I spent the last week eating out and eating stuff I knew I didn't need to put in my body. The result is a 2 pound gain. When I am working I can't indulge in 2-3 meals out per day--this is totally ridiculous. I did get to the gym three days last week and did two at home strength training sessions but it did not compensate for over indulgence, You would think I was old enough to know better and do better. I did mange to get some much need house cleaning done while on vacation, and I am rested but I need to be back at work with limited opportunities to visit local eateries and I need to stick with my 3-4 days at the gym. I am seriously going to may this a better week.

COOKI313, big bottom girls is the team that I am co-leader of--for those of us girls who LOVE our big bottoms and are just working to define and refine! I'm currently doing a 6 week workout for "more junk in the trunk".

In addition to my butt workout, I did supreme 90 cardio challenge and ultimate ball today

I managed to lose a pound this week. Hope this is the beginning of a streak for me. I also got up this morning and went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I did not try to start at the speed or intensity that I was at previously, I started slowly and will build up again. I did some stationery bike because I needed the extra fitness minutes for my Amazing Race Team. I am going to have to take an outside walk of 20 minutes later today for the Amazing Race Team. Walking outside in south Florida is a hot as ---- task! Have a great week.

I met my exercise goals and stayed within my calorie range today..Tues, Wed and Thursday weren't so good. I ended the week with a 2 pound weight gain. On Tuesday, i ate a lot and didn't move a lot. My goal for next week is stay within my calorie range ALL WEEK LONG!

Good Morning Ladies,
managed to squeak by with a -0.4 loss Tuesday night at weigh in. Had a melt down Sunday so I was pleasantly surprised to see any loss. But got right back on track and was able to exercise 120 mins Monday and 135 minutes Wednesday. Have WA scheduled for tonight. plantar fasciitis acting up so have to do the bike instead of treadmill.

I understand ladies, I went to the Melting Pot last night for ladies night. I enjoyed my meal but thankfully it wasn't a lot of food. I did manage to have 3 glasses of water and a caesar salad and then down hill from there. But today is a new day and will have a better day.. emoticon

MNOEL3089, you are not alone. I was snacking like crazy yesterday (never fails, that time of month is coming but is no excuse). Even though they were all 100 cal snacks, it was way too many. So, i didn't bother getting on the scale this morning. I have to rein in the cravings today and behave!

Haven't weighed in, but walked for 3 hours around a zoo Saturday and ended up burning about 600 calories emoticon

Weigh in tomorrow morning which I'm not so confident about considering my eating habits weren't the greatest Sunday emoticon

Weighed in yesterday at 265.4. 27 minutes of Wii boxing, 20 minutes of Wii Free Step and about 5,000 steps for the day (that I counted anyway).

Still not up on the exercise. I did 35 minutes of strength training on Tuesday, nothing on Wednesday. will try to get at 30 minutes of something in later today (its 3:30). Going to go back to bed and read until I drop off to sleep again.

Weighed in today. 165.5. I did lose some weight over the weekend but mainly because I behaved myself. I also tend to gain weight right before my monthly. The telltale sign that it's coming is a week of non stop thoughts of food! It is on my mind constantly and I have to force myself to stay away from the snacks!
