Haven't done any fruits, but I am really hanging in there with the veggies. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, tossed salad.

COUNT ME IN I HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING MY FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN THE FRUIT ARE SO HIGH IN CARBS BUT I WANT TO FIGURE IT OUT BERRIMOUSE I LOVE THE IDEA OF A FRUIT SMOOTHIE EVERY DAY AND I LOVE SALADS EAT THEM ALL THE TIME WITH SHRIMP OR CRAB emoticon

I am in with this challenge. I do a fruit smoothie every day, I blend a combination of various fruits of all colors and a cup of yogurt. I eat mixed salad with my lunch and for dessert I eat another piece of fruit or some nuts.

I do a stirfry with vegetables and chicken breast
Grilled salmon, or some type of fresh fish, or baked chicken with mixed vegetable, or asparagus or broccoli and couscous.
On Saturdays I take a break from the mixed salad but still have my smoothie, I use a v8 fusion. I will stay in touch and let you know how I do next week.

emoticon Salad = 7 servings
3 C lettuce 1 Whole chopped tomato 1 C chopped beets 1/2 C mushrooms
1/2 C chopped celery 1/2 C sliced carrots

Stirfry = 8 servings
2 C Broccoli 1 C snow pea pods 1 C mushrooms 1 C carrots 1C chinese cabbage
1 C sliced bamboo shoots 1 C blend of onion/red pepper/bell peppers

& 1 apple + 16 oz. orange juice
sorry I'm so late tonight - just got off work - this post is for Friday.

I had a All Green smoothie this morning with the following

(1) green grapes
(2) Pear
(3) 1/2 Avacado
(4) I cup of spinach
(5) Broccoli
