I also like the Outshine fruit bars. All sweets are a trigger for me.

I like the Outshine fruit and veggie bars--single stick size. They are the perfect craving fixer.
I also can handle two squares of 90% dark chocolate, but almost every other sugar sweet is a major trigger.

I have found that I have yo abstain from refined sugar sweets or I go on a major binge! I know what my triggers are. Try to swap for something healthy for the thing I am craving. Example. Fruit split. Instead of a blizzard or a cement mixer Ice creams I start with a fresh fruit add a yogurt walnuts marchinno cherries and whip topping usually with sprinkles! This will cure my sweet tooth. Not sure how many calories this has but if I eat ice cream I can't stop.

We can do this!
