That works for me too.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

That sounds like a good idea. I find that if I eliminate sugar totally, I tend to crave it. I eat it in moderation which is much better all the way around (for me).

Usually sugar in general is a trigger for me to eat more sugar....soooo this week I'm going to plan smart. I'll still allow some sugar, but ONLY a small, preplanned portion. I've been pretty good about tracking this week, so hopefully this will help!
