Happy New Year!
I am trying to find my way back to a healthy lifestyle...starting with trying to eliminate the bad
things in my diet, then incorporate more of the good stuff...trying to make sure to do a devotional
at least daily, hoping to restart my fitness this weekend...I had lost 37lbs,but put 25 back due
to stress etc.-never thought I would put it back this time, but I now,I'm not where I should
be,but I'm still ahead of where I started...I guess the goal is to try to keep moving forward & to
keep trying to do better.

"It's not the mountains ahead that wear you out-it's the grain
of sand in your shoe"-unknown
