Last physical activity I did was a little marathon dance workout. First, I completed a 16 minute Bollywood video, then 30 minutes of Zumba, then 15 minutes of a go go dance workout. It was very fun. I dressed up for the go go dance one and had a blast.

I dance to Zumba and dance fusion DVDs about four times per week, and then sometimes I substitute a DVD workout for a long walk of about 4 miles or 6 miles (depending), and then I complete pilates and weight lifting for about 15 minutes twice a week. I could do more pilates and weight lifting. I think it's time for heavier weights too.

45 min of exercise including Elliptical, twister disc, 1/2 of a 12 min video, curls, tricep raises, crunches on a work bench, elbow to knee touches wall ups and walked over 2 miles.

21 min on my Mini Trampoline, wall ups, Elbow to Knee while standing (I do not know what these are called... LOL), curls, tricep lifts, kettle ball and pulled another box of material out of the garage which involved moving other boxes and shelves to get to it. That was a workout in itself.
