As of today I am at 4201. I have lots to do today, trampoline, strength training and heavy house cleaning. Figure I should come in just over 4500. I try for 4500 a month. Since Feb is short 2 days I have done pretty good this month.

I forgot about February only having 2ays. I am revising my minutes and shooting for 2000.

I am going to pledge 2300 fitness minutes for February. I did the 2000 so I want to push myself.

February is the "love" month. Do you love your body enough to work it out? How much will you work your body this month. For any team member that reaches and/or exceeds 2,000 fitness minutes, I will send a 100 point goodie to personally of their own choosing. Every team member that meets or exceeds their commitment will receive a team goodie. Your minutes must be filled out by the day before the end of the month. If we don't use the team goodies by midnight we lose them.
