April Fool's Challenge. Pick your poison. We will either decide that we want to lose a certain number of pounds during that 90 days OR a certain number of inches. On January 1 post your weight or post your measurements. If you are wanting to lose weight, post your weight weekly, if you are wanting to lose inches post your measurements monthly. At the end of the challenge goodies will be awarded.

For those in maintenance if you are posting weight, you must stay within 3% of your goal weight. Post your goal weight and then your actual weight. If you are measuring just follow the above. Everyone can tone up.


Personally, I need to get back down to 125. Last time I weighed myself I was 128.9 I am going for losing inches. I don't like my jiggly arms. They look like jello. I will talk to my trainer to see what I should be losing in inches.
