I hit my goal of 1600 in September and I want to stay on track during my cruise so I am going to shoot for 1800 minutes. Like last month I will not include the 1500 plus minutes of very physical work that I do. This is strictly ST and Cardio.

Goal = 1800

10/01 - Monday - MRT Shape Circuit + KB = 105
10/02 - Tuesday - Running Intervals + Core + Yoga = 120
10/04 - Thursday - ST Chest Back Sit ups & Spartacus W/O = 90

October 1 30 recumbent 60 yoga total = 90 minutes ( adjustment- see about tomorrow.).

Trick or Treat Smell my feet Give me something HEALTHY to eat We all remember this rhyme from being a kid. Maybe they even still say it today. My child is 35 so no more emoticon . If you still get trick or treaters, I don't living on the third floor, this challenge will be needed all the more. How many minutes are you going to pledge to work off those sinful treats. Are the munchy emoticon going to get you?

Again, I personally challenge everyone to achieve 2,000 fitness minutes. I will send you a 100 point goodie of your choice. If you achieve 3,000 fitness minutes, I will send you a 200 point goodie of your choice. People have asked, yes it does include ST and cardio.
