Thank you! I am frustrated about the slow pace of getting back into routine. I even tried a chiropractor today. Waiting to see if that helps. I have been on my feet cleaning all day, so it is hard to say. emoticon

Great idea!
I have the magazine, and all ready to go (except my body) emoticon
I would love to join, but am already a bit late. Is there a specific target date. I realize it should probably be at the beginning of the month. If it is possible to wait a bit I will join in. Might anyway, just for fun and accountability when able.

Let's workout with Coach Nicole and Self Magazine. Use this thread to track what cards you picked for the day and how many times you repeated each exercise. If you want to use this thread to just write what exercise you did that day and the other thread for the minutes that is fine too.
