Ya' know what? I think I can 'do' this if I split up my workouts to 3x's each day, and 20 minutes each session. Then... if I do a few light stretches before hopping into bed... VOILA!! emoticon

One more month left for my scholarship at the pool. I am going to shoot for the 2000 fitness minutes again this month. Made it last month by 13 minutes. emoticon

hmm... love the challenge. NEED the challenge, but here's how it calculates for me:

30 days 'hath' September + 30 minutes exercise per day = 900 fitness minutes

30 days 'hath' September + 45 minutes exercise per day = 1350 fitness minutes

30 days 'hath' September + 60 minutes exercise per day = 1800 fitness minutes

sooo... I'm 'in' to 'do' what I can 'do' but I don't think I can get in 1 hour 6 minutes per day.

Wow--can someone please tell me where the summer went? I can't believe we are in September already. How many minutes are you going to pledge this month?
