I can't wait for summer vacation (I'm lucky enough to be a teacher!!) Right now I'm feeling pretty good about the upcoming beach season, and I'm just looking to maintain. Of course, there's a bit more belly flab that I'd like to lose/firm, but after 3 kids, I'm not sure how much more I can expect~!

Around here, July 4th really starts "beach" season. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm keen on feeling good about myself in my swimsuit this year!

So, we have 90 days to get there. What are we doing about it?

Every day we should do at least something that gets us closer to our goal, be it our workout, making good food choices, or changing our attitude about something that has been holding us back!

Let's keep our eye on the goal!
