I can no longer walk a 5K. I would have to turn it into a morning noon and evening-K in increments of 30 minutes to make it manageable.

That sounds great! I am itching to get back to running. Just need some sunshiny weather! In the meantime, I'll have to make sure I do it at the gym! :)

Hey everyone, I sure you all remember my PT Challenge. Well now that I have lost some more weight I have been running a lot more. I am challenging myself and this group, to see how fast you can do a 5 k in. That's 3.12 miles. You can walk it, jogg it, or even run it. It is up to you! There is no pressure to do it, I thought it would be something we could do to get our butts into gear!

We could post once a week to see progress reports. And remember to get your Doc's ok before trying this! Also be safe and to have lots of fun.
