It's July!!! Let's make it a great month!

Here's how to do it:

We're using the same concept as for the cardio challenge. The numbers represent the following:

amount of calories burned today/ amount of calories burned so far/ total calories left to burn

So for me, my numbers are 0/0/6048. If I burn 240 calories today it will look like this:
240 / 240 / 5808 showing that I've burned 240 today, 240 total, and have 5808 left to burn to reach my goal.

Each person adds their information to the list in alphabetical order so it's easier to find their name the next day. When you report for the day, you copy and paste the most recent list and then just update your stats.

If you need help figuring out how many calories you should burn, let me know!
