I DID IT!!!

I'm out of here! I tracked my food, and added a workout back on the days that I'm not running!!! (leaving 2 'rest' days... just standard running around) and Dropped a big bunch!

Y'all will be joining me in 180'ville in no time at all!

The lower the weight goes, the longer it takes for the pounds to come off. Your strategies are good, though. Make them long-term habits so those pounds find it MORE difficult to return!

Now that spring is 'officially' here, you might find the addition of fresh veggies to your diet helpful. A change of food patterns can shake things up and help you break through that plateau!

I've spent a month in the last 2 pounds!!! I am back to counting every bite that goes in my mouth, getting a minimum of 40 minutes high intensity cardio 5 days a week, 2 or 3 ST sessions a week, and moving my booty more everyday. I'm am so ready to be in 180'ville!!

I'm challenging myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day and 1 hr of cardio 5 days a week, anything over either of those goals is bonus!

I'm hoping to be in 180-ville in two weeks... well, a week from this coming Tuesday. 1.3 lbs/avg per week... I think it's doable!

Debbie, I am sort of feeling that way too. What's our plan??? I currently have a pan of better than (you know what) cake staring me in the face for a coworker's birthday. I guess my first step will be to not have that second helping of cake.

Jenn I agree with you. Lets Get Out Of Here! I keep blowing it for myself too and I was only two pound away for a while. Now I am six pounds away. I am going to work hard at it and hope to see you in the 180's in about a month. Together we can ALL do this.

Ok, I've been hanging out here in 190-ville since November, and it's about time I moved on. I'm so close, even got down to 189.6 ONE day, and it's time to get serious. I'm going to 180-ville next week! Anyone else close enough to be out by May 1st? That's a week from today. Who's going with me? What are you going to do to get there?
