Still working on the fear of injuring my knee. Im always feeling sore uncomfortable and have pain. I'm doing the upper body strength exercise every other day for now.

Just saw this challenge; I've been spending the first couple weeks walking and stretching, and added my first video workout today--saw this team right after!

I'm looking forward to the remaining 16 days of this month with all of you, as I focus on the 5k walking challenge. I look to improve my time on my mileage, tighten up a little bit more, and drop a couple pounds. emoticon emoticon emoticon
