Day6-
I was right and the triggers triggered. I ate outrageously.
I don't feel guilty. I'm going to take it as a learning experience. Bills and Grandchildren are my two weak points. When I'm with any of my Grands, I just laugh and play. I adopted the saying, "What happens with Grandma, stays with Grandma". However, by the third slice of pizza it wasn't a Grandma issue, it was a floodgate.

If I'm going to lose weight, I need to figure out how not to cave like a sand castle at hight tide.

Today-
Food; Adjusted yesterday's report.
Planned for today.

Exercise: Planned in accordance with yesterday.

Spirit: Prayed for help and guidance.

Spirit- am/pm devotion and goal review

Today could be a big trigger day. Husband and I are doing bills in the am and then I get to play with my granddaughter all afternoon.
After a three week vacation and with problems on our at home business looming we are tense over money... both hubby and I have hot tempers while we work together so....

My granddaughter, Q, and I are best buddies. We love to get into to trouble and do fun stuff, often that includes sweets. I'm packing my favorite protein diet bar in my purse, so if I serve her I won't feel cheated.

Food planned and followed- sort of.I planned for too much and just was not hungry enough to eat everything.
Exercise planned
10 minute video- done
30 minute Cardio: - done.
It's too cold to go for my cardio walks, so I've hooked up my Wii and going to use that while this cold snap lasts. Did I mention its really cold? emoticon Update-I did the Wii, it was humbling to see where I am now vs. where I was three years ago. I suppose humble is better than angry and embarrassed. It just made me want to work that much harder.
Our home has a wood burning stove and its really cold, I think I've said that before but its really cold, anyway we are going through wood like crazy. I'm carrying multiple, huge bundles of logs into the house three times a day. Amazingly, spark people doesn't list log carrying as an exercise. I figure that it's a lot like carrying moving boxes, which SP does list, so I'm using that.

Food - knew that I'd be on the road early so I planned before going to bed last night. Since I planned it before hand, I got up and went with a bag already packed and ready. Noticing that although I'm eating few calories I'm eating more food and not hungry by evening.

Exercise- difficult today but not impossible. It's so cold that the metal in my fake knees is are cold and I can only keep them warm by keeping them moving. LOL

Spirit.- although I woke up and read my devotions and reviewed my goals, I didn't have time today to sit and reflect.

Food planned and stuck to it
Exercise- video and 30 minutes indoor bike ( too cold to walk)- no to the do indoor bike, but I took down our 9 foot Christmas Tree all by myself and dragged it up hill 100 ft to the curb.
Water- 80 oz- only 60
Spirit - read am devotional/ review long and short term goals. yup

1:1 - Food - excellent.( did good) Water- excellent.(drank 80 0z) Exercise video - excellent (yup). Posting- excellent.
Of course, it's only 6am (and 12 hours later to update) and I've only planned for all of these things, except for my Spark Blog- I did that.

However, I've heard that "If I fail to plan, I have planned to fail". I'm planning for success. Will check in daily here to keep a log of that success. emoticon
