I am done with week 1 moving on to week 2 today. Feeling good. Even have started getting my freggies in daily. Hoping by the end of this challenge it will be a habit to eat at least 4 freggies a day shooting for 6 a day though.

I can't believe it but I finished it too! Did all of those videos...actually I kind of liked the pilates style one. I don't have great joints so I have trouble with the up and down - getting down on the mat then standing then back down. So far it hasn't been a problem. My diet has been good and I have done cardio 7 days in a row. Good luck everyone.

Stay within my calorie limits and ranges for carbohydrates, fats,and proteins.
Increase my fitness minutes.
Strength train regularly in addition to cardio.
Choose healthy foods.
Drink more water.

I also just finished week one. I did not get all my cardio in so this week that is what I am going to work on. emoticon TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!

That's Good Most Of You Finished week 1 I just about did miss today n Yesterday from begin Sick. Tomorrow starts my second wk. So hopefully here soon or next wk. I can do week 1.

I completed week 1. WHEW!!!!!!
I set a new goal for myself based on my performance. Everyday I will complete the assigned video plus the one from previous day. Wish me luck!!!!!!

Always a lesson, never a mistake.

I have amazed myself I have completed week 1. Especially since I needed to do cardio every day. Hurt my leg walking but improvised by doing the seated cardio workout.

My goal for week 2 would be to eat within my calorie range every day.

Life is a journey... enjoy the ride!
