Hummm I have regain some weight - 216.2 today. So for the end of the month, I want to be 212 again emoticon

weight gain due to med is stabilized for the past 5 days. Now time to instill my plan to lose again.

I did reach my January goal and down a bit more at 212.4 emoticon . Looking to be at 208.9 at the end of February.... Can I do this? Seems realistic enough... emoticon

I'm happy that I only have a .3 gain from this week and this month so far have a loss of .6 pound. It's not a gain so all good! can't wait for the end of the month so I can see my total loss for the month/year.

ASTRID67: It's great as long as you are comfortable at the rate you're losing - no race here, plus you will be reaching your goal soon..... so emoticon . the goal is to lose to be at an healthy weight
