I was listening to a motivational video this Sunday. It said that MOTIVATION is ENERGY and comes from within. I found it interesting and thought about it. So what if in the morning, I woke up with a goal? What could that be that would spark me? How else can I motivate myself? It sure is food for thought.... Please share so we can learn from one another emoticon

Weight fluctuates and it is difficult to focus on "no scale victories" but sometimes those are what will continue to push you!

LEELEEJEWEL, I'm so glad you posted! It's definitely not always a smooth ride. I know it can be discouraging, but you will find your groove, I promise, if you'll just keep pushing! There will always be some ups and downs. How can I help? Feel free to send me SparkMail!

That's right whatever you do don't give up! We're all here struggling but what makes us great is we don't give up. Keep your goal in sight and keep taking baby steps and forgive yourself when you mess up. Start over again and again however many times it takes. The baby steps will eventually get you to your goal. Just think if you gave up where you'd be - that should be enough to just keep going. You have great support and understanding here so stay involved and connected. Best of luck - emoticon

Don't give up! Everyday is a new day, and we all face the same struggles. It may seem easier for some, and harder for others - but we are all on this journey together. I'm just restarting after a zillion tries, but having just turned 60, I have learned to not be too hard on myself. I hope you will feel better about the journey as time goes on.......
I wish you well!

Debbie

really struggling. Up from 190 to 191.9 for my Monday weigh-in. I seem to be totally out of control. I know all the right things to do but continue to do all the wrong things. Self destructive behavior.
