304.6 up +1.6 lbs I think my daughter's birthday cake is more than I calculated. I had another piece later in the day. But then I wanted real food after that. then I binged on everything in the house. ugh. I did so well for 3 weeks and in one day it is like everything I did is for nothing.

Weigh-in day yesterday, lost two and a half pounds thats seven and a half in the first two weeks. Very happy. Still seventy two pounds to go.

NANATO16: sounds like you're doing a great job! Indeed- don't worry too much about the scale (I know- I have to tell myself that too!). What with all you did last week with exercise, you probably just put on some muscle in lieu of fat. :D That's a great thing! That'd explain why the scale sits still but your clothes are fitting better. Keep it up! :D

195 this morning - that's up a little but I've been snacking and drinking too much wine. I know what to do, just need to do it :) Good job all those who have posted. Remember sometimes the number on the scale doesn't budge so be sure to measure inches as well. Slow and steady wins the race ;)

This morning I was a little discouraged when I weighed in because I was still at 222. I put in 55.45 miles combination of stationary bike and treadmill last week. I also did 2 hours of water aerobics. I kept track of what I ate, but some of the days I just did not make my calories needed - I was under around 50 calories.

There has been some difference in how my clothes are fitting though. That is encouraging. I wore jeans all day Saturday that I had not had on for several months; I didn't have to lie on my bed to zip them, and I was comfortable all day. Also, people are starting to tell me that I look like I am losing weight. So, all and all, I will move forward, pay closer attention to eating exactly what is listed on my meal plan.

I do feel better, I have more energy, and my fibro has not flared up.
