My down fall is lemon-lime popsicles. They are real juice and 60 calories each, which is ok for a snack.....I can't just eat one....I eat like 6!!!! I have not been buying them, but sure do crave them.

If we saw all the difference even the tiniest of our prayers make, and all the people those...prayers were destined to affect...we would be so paralyzed with awe...that we would be unable to get up off our knees for the rest of our lives.

junk food is my down fall most of the time. I hate the thought of giving in.

I have a weakness for ice cream. I have been buying sugar-free, lactose free ice cream, but I don't eat it often. I try to eat yogurt instead. I also make sure I have a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables on hand. I have a hard time in the evening when I go on the computer, so I try to make sure I have something healthy to snack on if I really need to. I make sure I drink my water each day as well.

Yes, I fully understand the dilemma KICKERS! We all have our pitfalls...becoming aware of them is HUGE...then making a change is paramount!!

Chips, cheese, ice cream, french fries...many things can be a pitfall....identify your weakness....then go to work identifying a substitute!! I also like cheese, I have the Baby Bell cheese, one with some grapes is very satisfying. I use to be terrible with chips....now I do not buy them! I keep other crunchy things like wheat crackers on hand! Also a small amount of cream cheese is alright, spread it on crackers, (watch the kind of crackers to be sure they are healthy!)

I am eating almonds (that have sea salt on them) as a snack each day! They are very satisfying, PLUS meet many of our nutrition requirements! Just a few and I am good to go! Eat an apple along with them to be sure you are satisfied!!

If I must have ice cream I have a small amount of frozen yogurt instead!

I do not eat late in the evening, so I have been making sure I eat enough throughout the day to sustain me, if I feel real hungry I drink some water...or have some of the FREE foods...like cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, celery....etc.

Use this thread to share your ideas that help you stay on track!!

I am eating a lot of sweet potatoes with Brummel & Brown on them! Filling and YUMMY! I am eating oatmeal with raisins, I use the long cooking type, not the one minute type of oatmeal! I put some Splenda and almond milk, cinnamon also!! I am eating vine ripe tomatoes!!
