Day 9 - bike with hubby (20 min, 2.85 miles) and kayak with nephew (30 min)

Day 5: FAIL. Unless you want to count my time chasing my kids around...? Just have been working ALL DAY LONG and no time to do anything else.
Day 6: Repeat of Day 5
Day 7: Repeat of Days 5, 6
Day 8: 35 minutes elliptical; 15 minutes strength training
Day 9: 45 minutes in a bounce house with a 3-year-old who NEVER STOPS!
Day 10: 35 minutes elliptical; 15 minutes strength training
Day 11: Chasing kids all day again - wore me out. No energy for elliptical
Day 12: 20 minutes elliptical. Feel sick; otherwise, would have done more.

I hear you on those days where you are constantly going and doing, but no time for formal exercise! I wouldn't call it a FAIL though...you were getting fitness minutes of some sort!
