An Olympian said in a video...I refuse to lose!

I cannot remember which one said this but it is true for me. Yes I want to lose pounds and inches but I refuse to lose this fight I am in to reach my goal weight. I am constantly setting myself goals and I refuse to stop til I reach those goals so...I refuse to lose!!

If you need help, ASK! For some of us THIS is a life long lesson. There ain't NOTHIN cute about being stressed out and worried about something that need doing, when the solution is, ASK FOR HELP! Stop trying to be all things to all people all the time. Not ONE of us is perfect at doing everything. When you find you're at an impasse and you don't know which way to go OR where to find your solution to your problem, it's probably time to ask for help. Just ask!
