I'm noticing a lot of strength gains, too. During that first week of Burn, I never thought that less than two months later I'd be able to lift like this.

I cannot believe how far we are already into our programs! I am definitely feeling a lot stronger. My body is not as jiggly and I was able to put shorts on that I had not been able to wear for about 6 months. I am not losing weight but I am losing major inches. I think if I could get eat more plant based meals I would lose more weight. My problem is my family is very resistant to those types of meals. I do not want to cook meals for me and then something for them. My husband said to just cook it and if they do not eat they will starve so that is what I am going to do this week.
I have a goal of to lose 2% weight this month, which is 3.44 pounds so I am going to round that to 3.5 pounds.

I hope everyone is rocking their programs.

Two months down already! I hope everyone finished out the Cardio phase (and Push, for those also doing CLX) feeling stronger and better conditioned for those long workouts. I'm looking forward to getting back to HIIT, and have been enjoying adding in other cardio videos (especially Rockin' Body) now that I'm not swamped with schoolwork.
