I love Push, too! Actually, all of ChaLEAN Extreme is awesome. I'm doing 20 most of the time, too, but definitely not there for overhead and frontal presses.

I am glad you are feeling better! I am still on schedule. I had to make up exercises from Saturday because I was out if town to my parents. I had full intentions of doing my workouts while I was there but my parents pool was calling my name so I spent a lot of time swimming and getting a little sun.

I am loving this Push Phase we are doing in CLX right now. I am lifting 20 lbs. on most of the exercises. November 1st I am going to start doing a jog/ walk program. That should be interesting because I do not consider myself a runner at all.

I know this is a few days late, but I have been in crazytown.

Week 6 was kind of awful for me. As usual, it started great, but Thursday night, I couldn't do a burpee without having to stop to catch the stream of snot dripping out of my nose. I figured it was allergies, until I woke up achy and miserable Friday morning. Still sick Saturday (less achy, more snotty, congested, and cough-y), and wrapped it up on Sunday. I'm all better now, but it just killed me to miss three days of TF and CLX.

If I were doing this on my own, I'd have picked back up where I left off when I got sick, but I want to stay up with the rest of you (who is still on schedule, by the way?) Mainly, I don't want to skip the ST workouts since that is where I am hoping to see the most growth, so I did Push 2 from last week today, and depending on my DOMs, might do 3 tomorrow, or wait a day. I know I can make up one of the missed workouts from last week, this week, and I can do the second one next week.

Here's something to think about: if we were doing the 12-week program, we'd be HALF WAY DONE. Crazy, right?
