That is a super idea to only look at the TV when facing forward.

I have found by putting my mirror in front of me I push myself harder and the intensity is greater. I burned 10% more calories with the mirror up than when I don't! I just love that!

I am looking forward to the no HIIT workouts this week...my body needs a break from those...at least right now...probably won't feel that way by the end of the week.

I cannot believe that we are starting week 5! And in CLX in the Push Phase! We are definitely rocking it!

Alright, ladies, we are just about a month out, now! I hope everyone is starting to feel comfortable with the routine, adjusting to intensity and hard work being the new normal, and, most importantly, HAVING FUN.

My personal goal for the upcoming weeks (or at least until I am satisfied that it has become habit) is to look at the screen only when facing forward. I know the choreography by now, so there is no point to watching it all the time, and it will benefit my form.

How is everyone else doing?
