Iím starting a new workout called Peak, itís not Beachbody but it sure is like one emoticon
Itís 8 weeks long Cardio and Cardio Strength, this is the second addition , there was another about 5 years ago and I loved that one emoticon
So here I go

Yup, you can use the Cardio Kickboxing option. I started using a heart rate monitor recently (Terrie was my inspiration for that one!), and the first workout I used it on was within 2 or 3 calories of what the tracker said, so for me at least, it is a pretty good estimate. For HIIT, try "rope jumping - fast," or whatever the entry is. (Search for "jump" and it will be among the results.)

I used to use Turbo Jam before I got my heart rate monitor. I think Rheyn uses jumping jacks for the HIIT workouts. I hope that helps you out a little bit!

When logging fitness, I didnt see an option for turbo fire, is there one and I missed it or does it fall under TurboJam?
