You are doing awesome! I haven't done much in the last few days- got distracted. But will be scheduling it right back in! It has to be- otherwise it doesn't get done!

Everytime I do it though- I love it! She is so motivating and I like that there is so much variety in the workouts.

I am stepping in slowly. . . started with Day 1 of the Turbo Fire Prep, which was the 30 Fire and the 10 stretch. Made it thru, and my heart rate was in the 97% thru much of it -- it totally rocked! Afterward, wow, was I pooped!

This morning on the Prep, was 40 stretch, which was tough. Now I'm stiff. Will jog today, and do some Jillian Michaels & Gold's Gym work to get my cal burn in on this "stretch" day. Will do the same on tomorrow's Turbo Fire Prep "Rest Day".

So glad I started this. . . . Where is everyone else in it? You were probably more courageous than me, and probably jumped straight into the full Turbo Fire!

Alright! The important thing is that you started! Did you get around to any today!

I did the HIIT 15 and stretch 10. Needless to say that sometimes I modify the modifications, so that it is very low impact. I don't feel quite as coordinated either as the folks in the video!
But I sweat!

I didn't make all the way through the 30 minutes - only about 10 but I did the full stretch! Boy, I've got some catching up to do!
