Once again the structure of bootcamp helped me stay on track. I've finished week two and am now into week three. Has anyone noticed that when you enter completion for these videos, they all register as being five minutes long? Some should really be worth 10 minutes (such as the abs videos).

Love those trophies at the end of bootcamp!

I love all coach Nicoles videos, and I done well to followed her very easy. But now I need more challenge, so I am back to my martial arts kicking again. If I feel bored my martial arts kicking I will return to coach Nicoles videos again. But I keep the crunches videos every day, I followed her.

entering week 2...I am doing the bootcamp workouts plus a couple of others off youtube...i try to do this before going to work..as it is too late in the evenings coming home from work and preparing dinner for all. I like Coach nicole's easy to do workouts...i do enjoy them!! :)

Looks like I won't be starting cardio again until tomorrow. I'm just not back on track yet and today is crazy. But you never know. I've learned that your day can change on a dime and sometimes a little extra motivation can come out of the blue. Let's hope this happens:)

Just completed day 6 of week 2! Whew that butt workout is awesome :] Now I'm heading off to the gym for my cardio! On the list today is the treadmill! I used to do 20 mins of cardio before starting this challenge, but I can see a complete difference shooting for the 30! Lets just say I sleep so much better now haha.
Also looking for Sparkfriends for motivation and inspiration :]

Just finished week 2 and I have walked 5 out of 7 days and have been doing the strength training 5 out of 7 days also! I am down 3 lbs. from when I started!

Wk 2 Day 7 7-min Upper body workout with resistance band done. Planning to leave for a hike 8:00 - 8:30 a.m., breakfast & lunch planned (went grocery shopping 6/21 emoticon ) so cardio & tracking will be done. Hike cancelled so I "gazelled" for 30 min & spent 10 min playing in the garden, you know weeding & watering

Morning exercises are the best emoticon I believe I've caught up:
Wk 2 Day 4 7-min. seated resistance band done
Wk 2 Day 5 12-min pilates done, cardio done
Wk 2 Day 6 Butt Blasting done
The 3 days of exercise have been tracked, Food has been tracked for Days 4 & 5; todays has been started. I'm off to 60 min of water aerobics.
Only 1 more day of exercise, food tracking & cardio. I will do it! emoticon

I was down but not out. I'm catching up.

Wk 2 Day 2 10-min crunchless core done, food tracked.
Wk 2 Day 3 6 min. hips, glutes done, food tracked, cardio done.

Day 4, 5, & 6 are on schedule for tomorrow before water aerobics. That is going to one challenging day. emoticon .

Today is day 1 of week 2..... I lost 2.4lbs last week and feel good;-) today i usually do 45 min cardio per day but will up it to 60 min at least 4 of my 6 walks. Will be gun to see how many more calories I will burn... Not doing so great on following the videos, thinking I will do 3 of them today and get it " over with"... Lol

Went for an hour long walk with a friend..... went well she walks slower than I do and was basically dragging behind me at the end and then says she thinks she could run it... makes me roll my eyes but oh well I'll just make sure I go and walk that by myself sometimes and really push myself but an easy catch up walk with a friend was nice today! Went and bought shorts after and not the smaller size I wanted, had a dilemma on what size to buy for a white pair and decided smaller so I cant slack off and they did look better in the legs than the 11 so progress is happening slowly but its happening. Shorts shopping is the thing i hate most about spring because I really dislike wearing them, they never look how they should....

Hi Nancy and well done on your determination!

I'm just about finished with week 2... it's my last day (although I think it might have taken me 8 days to finish this week! Whoops!).

I've got one more video to do this evening but have really increased my exercise and increased the intensity in the past two weeks. This morning I got up at 5.15am (yes, that time does exist!) and went for my day 3 of week 1 C25K program. Last night I did 65 minutes at a circuit training class.

Hey everyone finally moving up from week one! I did the week 2 day 1 video back on wednesday and then got my laser eye surgery done on thursday and was not advised to work out until yesterday but did not get around to my videos with running around and enjoying the sun because its been cloudy and rainy here since about thursday lol.
Well i'm going to start these videos on day 2 I think and redo the first video just to "catch up" even though I'm still a little behind. Zumba later tonight will give me my extra cardio and I'll figure something out for tomorrow because I'm not supposed to go to the gym for a week and am sticking to their rules so my vision stays awesome :) so excited I had that done and I'm down 1.2 pounds from when I weighed myself on the 18th!! Yay

It's Couch to 5K - a program to get you from no running to running the complete 5kms. It's great - it gets you running intervals... The first week is 5 minutes walking warm up, then intervals of 60 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking - until the last 5 minutes when you walk again to cool down.

I just used it for my first 5km race! I completed it in 40.05 seconds so was pretty happy with that - not a bad result for week one!

Where is everyone?!?

I forgot to do my video yesterday so will have to do two today!

I've started the C25K program and did my first session yesterday after my swim. Not bad... I did better than I thought I would. I have a 5K race tomorrow so I'll do the second session during the race.

This morning I've been swimming and will do the videos after we go to a spring parade in our town.

Yesterday I did the Day 1 cardio kickboxing video, a 10 minute walk (got off the bus early) and did 20 minutes on the recumbent bike at home.

Today I've done the Day 2 video and I did day 1 again. Tonight I have a Zumba class!

Yesterday I signed up for a 5k on Sunday morning. I'll mainly walk, but I am going to try some interval training.

Hi everyone!

I've just "graduated" from the Week 1. I managed to do the videos each day and look forward to week 2.

My weight hasn't really changed, but I'm sure it's just a case of my body catching up.

I need to focus on the nutritional balance a bit more.. I'm always high carbs and low fats and proteins... am also going to try at least 1 new recipe a week to "mix things up a bit".
