Jumped in head first!! 30 min on stationary bike, still walking a total of 5 miles per day, daily videos, and some extra strength training. My goal is to loose about 20 lb by June, that may be too much too soon but that's my final goal. Even at 15 lb I'd look and feel better about myself. I love the videos and will probably do them all again next week with the week 2 videos. Carve out the time and do it!

I'm starting this challenge today, officially. Starting with 20 min/day at the gym. 10 min treadmill 10 min elliptical and not including the time it takes to walk to the gym from my complex. Tracking food daily and staying under 1500 calories. I will also try to do a video daily and follow all other plan guidelines.

just started today. i have made my challenge simple to start. 10mins 5x a week with aerobics of some type. tracking food on southbeach plan. i possibly will do a video or two.

Today I am starting, I am really excited. I plan to do a 30 minutes of speed intervals and then do the 10 min video. All week I will be rotating from Yoga, weights, the ten minute videos, speed and hill intervals. I am excited to start this program!

today i started day 1 week 1. I'm also doing the 28 day bootcamp as well as a few other challenges.My goal is to get back to where I was 6 months ago and get back to my jogging. My biggest challenge is all the pain from fibromyalgia and staying motivated even when I have really bad flare ups.

I'm in week two of the Healthy Cooking Challenge and I'm already noticing a positive difference in my energy and overall consistency, so I decided that today is a good day to add some more directed fitness effort to my weight loss journey.
My goals this week:
1.) Do all workouts supplied by the challenge.
2.) Track at least 30 min cardio every day.
3.) Walk 1 mile every day.
4.) Complete every strength training workout on my tracker.
5.) Continue and increase my consistency success in healthy eating.

I started this challenge three weeks ago so am up to the week 3 action plan, but have not been seriously sticking to the action steps. Time to get serious and do this. So this week am starting the week one again. First step to set a goal. I am going to conplete 10 minutes of strength exercises each day, as well as my 45 minutes walk

Hi! I just started this challenge, after completing the Bootcamp challenge and I'm really excited about the new program. My desire to go to the gym has whittled down to nil and I'm glad I can still do these videos in conjunction with my outdoor running route and treadmill in the basement. I really only have 3 weeks until I go to India, so I won't finish this until late January, but what the heck, I like a challenge!

My goal is to lose 5% of my current weight which is 95.2kg, by the end of the year. So if all goes to plan by 1st January I would weight 90.2kg. I CAN DO IT

cleaned house all day yesterday that means i got a real workout sweat and everything moved heavy things around so i did get my workout in with laundry that means running stairs all day to stopped 8 to watch biggest loser and after that i walked with hubby and dog willow for a mile walk. great time with both.

OK I've decided to start again from the start
I was doing OK
but busy days led to me not going to excercise classes, not weighing in and not watching my portions.
Days will not get any less busy; but I'm determined to make sure that I make time for ME to do my videos (at the very least) and maybe a zumba or other class at the council gym too. I already go to the gym once a week - I'm going to make that 3 times burning 220 cals per visit.

Do the toning video every day that the challenge suggests and 45 minutes of Zumba. Plus my Wii Fit yoga strengthening and cardio workouts.

Week 1, Day 1 for me :) I know it's not summer anymore... but I was wary of starting a challenge because I thought it would be too difficult... and then when I was finally ready to give it a go I realized that all the challenges are 4 weeks long, and I was going on vacation for half of that time. So, summer or not, I'm here now and I'm ready! Woohoo!

finished up with week 1, had to borrow my 15 years olds computer for work-outs no sound on mine. had to double up some days do to a crazy schedule. Looking forward to week two, hoping to have a better rhythm this week.

Have just finished week 1 - some of the workouts are quite short - I don't mind that! I'll do more when I get fitter. Enjoyed the pilates for abdomen and the butt workout and looking forward to week two.

Well, I did not start when I wanted to. I will start tomorrow. I have to quit making excuses for myself and get up and do this. This is for me and my doctor being she told me I have to lose 68 pounds. Except I have 62 to go, I have lost 6 pounds.

Now that I can get the videos to come up I will start the challenge tomorrow. I really want to challenge myself and push myself harder during this challenge. I ordered the Zumba DVD's, these will come day after tomorrow. I am going to use these plus the exercises here on Sparks. I really want to shed some pounds during this challenge.
