I've been working on good form for two-handed swings, which may be the simplest kettlebell move. To keep my back straight, and a good hip hinge (which is not a squat), I've been imagining strings pulling my hips and glutes back and up. To make it more dramatic, I'm trying to feel as if I'm being sophomoric in showing someone my keister - really trying to make a 'booty pop' so that my back is nice and straight.

Any comments out there on if this is a good thing for form, and ideas on how you keep your hip hinge correct?
