MY INTENTION is to lose 10% of my current weight starting with this summer challenge.

CURRENT WEIGHT: 241.2
10% GOAL: 24 pounds

Week 1 - July 22 = 239.8

Total Loss = 1.4

Actual time needed: 15 weeks

OK...Here's the idea. The very BEST place to start losing...to improve your heath...to help you feel LOTS better relatively quickly...to improve your sex life (if you have one)...to help you feel like you are making an EFFORT & a difference is to lose 10% of your current weight.

Today is Wednesday July 10th. Let's OFFICIALLY start Monday July 15th. And let's run thru September 30th. No, you are probably NOT going to lose 10% of your weight by then. I'm doing my own in my head & it should take me 15 weeks to lose 30 pounds. Sept 30 is 11 weeks. You should be CLOSE by then. So close you can TASTE it. So close you will really, really, REALLY want it.
