"I'm a running contradiction....I am a runner and I am lazy. I know that running allows me to enjoy my down time to a greater level. I am a runner first, lazy second. For me, these aren't mutually exclusive terms. Without one, I couldn't enjoy the other."

Thank you so much Bob Schwartz (I Run, Therefore I Am- Nuts!) for this lovely, funny insight into my life.

Oh my goodness! You're awesome! Thanks for setting that up. Since it's a google doc, would you mind if some of the folks I know from Tumblr/FB/IRL use it as well, not just Sparkers?

Glad to have you aboard :)

Here is the link to the document I was going to use...I am also keeping track of swimming mileage to help me reach a goal of 2012.

I added a name column in case anyone on the team also wants to track here.

I am keeping track on the individual total for each activity and a grand total too

Happy 2012

I'm in.

Should we create a spreadsheet just for us that we can go to and log our miles. That way we have a central place that won't clog up a message board but still makes us accountable?

This year I'm committing to running/walking/cycling 2012 miles. It's an average of 168 per month. Please join me!

If you email me that you would like to participate, I will add you to my list of participants and you will receive a medal (made by me!) in 2013 for completing your 2012 in 2012.
