I love her! I am currently doing her 4 mile walk every morning.

So, just how many pieces of exercise equipment and videos does a person have to have to be considered an actual "gym"?

My 10% rule:

207--20 = 187 Off to a great start!

187 -- 19 = 168 Gotta keep the momentum!

168 -- 17 = 151 Almost there--the end is near!

151 --15 = 136 Goal met and then some!!

I have three, but I have only used the one mile walk so far.
They are often available at the thrift shop in my area!!

for those who dont like to exercise I would like to recommend leslie sansone's walkaway the pounds. She is upbeat not pushy and the exercises are easy to do. I hope this helps
