I finally blew the dust off and did the entire video--I liked it and it was pretty easy to keep up with. My 4 yr. old even jumped in a few times to help me out.

So, just how many pieces of exercise equipment and videos does a person have to have to be considered an actual "gym"?

My 10% rule:

207--20 = 187 Off to a great start!

187 -- 19 = 168 Gotta keep the momentum!

168 -- 17 = 151 Almost there--the end is near!

151 --15 = 136 Goal met and then some!!

I enjoy using my many Leslie Sansone DVDs. I try to walk 3-4 miles at least 4 days a week.

I tried it once and loved it, but need to make time to do it again. It is currently sitting on my DVD player, so hopefully over spring break--starting tomorrow--I put it in and do it.

They are pretty low impact ( then again it depends which ones you got)Just imagine taking a walk with a little extra push. I enjoyed them alot. I have to get back to exercising and I'm going to start with Leslie emoticon Enjoy she is very motivating.

I love Leslie Sansone's workouts too. She is easy to follow and allows you to modify if needed. Her aim is to not get complicating with alot of steps to learn, but to get you moving.She has many workouts out there so you can pick and choose and not get bored.
Enjoy them. They give you an excellent basic workout!

The DVDs are pretty straight forward...just make sure you have enough room to move around. These are basically low impact aerobics classes...but they really get your heart pumping. On the one mile walk they have a guy there that actually takes it up to high impact if you want. I think you will enjoy Leslie's work out. I've only made it through the 3 miler, which really is an intense workout...you'll be pleasantly suprised. Let me know how things turn out with them! Enjoy and good luck!
