I to am looking for a nutrition plan now it's chicken, fish, cottage cheese, veggies looking for something to keep me on point any suggestions

My goals is to try and post everything I eat. I am addicted to eating out and this is something that I want to change with a meal plan that does not include fish, seafood, or pork.

I am trying to work with a nutritionist on establishing a meal plan. Although, I would like to start a meal plan before the fact. If anyone has a meal plan they can share. Please let me know. Thank you.

I see myself as a skinny person already its just that the world sees me as a big person :)
