DWG! You have set a very doable goal for yourself. The Nutritional Tracker will help to give you excellent feedback on whether or not you need to increase or decrease the amount of calories you need to consume to help you with succeeding your weight loss. Be sure to use the Fitness tracker as well. This tracker will help to keep you accountable to yourself.

My goals are to exercise daily. I know it says at least 3 days, Track my foods and get in more water. I have done it before, so I know I can do it again.
