Walk my dog 3Xday each day (10-15 mins each).
Haven't decided about going to the Y again. I usually go every Thursday, but because of traffic and crazy bus schedules, it takes me 3 hrs to get home, and it wears me out so much! I'm thinking about stopping that for a while, at least while my depression is kicking my butt! But I don't want to lose my scholarship by not going at least 4Xmonth...
But I do so love to move in the water! It's wonderful!

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.

I plan on doing some walking in the morning (20-30 min), and some of the 15 min workouts suggested.

I will continue these next 8 weeks to walk on tne treadmill for 30-60 minutes and to follow the strength exercise program given by the trainer. Also keep a food log andwatch snacking. Tonight I will try the warm milk and a few unsalted crackers.
